Taylor, RN is wonderful! She took the time to explain the service (laser tattoo removal) by detail and answered all the concerns and questions I had. It was super easy to book an appointment. Wonderful experience. The facility is so nice and clean. Taylor was great - she was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This was my third time ever receiving injections (previous 2 were a different location/ provider) and Taylor provided me with knowledge and info that made me feel even more confident about the procedure. I also appreciated that she asked me what my budget was and provided me a total before proceeding - I have not had that level of courtesy before. Would absolutely recommend!

After talking to Taylor about my concerns over the large pores on my cheeks and some sun damage on my forehead, she recommended the Cool Peel laser and I'm so glad I listened to her! She was so knowledgeable and I can't believe how great my skin looks after just one treatment. I am so excited to go back for another treatment to continue to improve my skin!

The facility and location is beautiful. We were made to feel like family. Each step of the process was explained and I felt I was in good professional hands. The application was practically pain free and results lasted a lot longer than most other places I've been. I would definitely recommend this place, 10 out 10.

The staff is very friendly. The clinic and treatment rooms are spacious and modern. My favorite part of my treatments were that Taylor, my nurse, really took her time to understand what I wanted, and made sure to help me achieve my goals and make informed decisions about my treatments. The pricing is also very competitive compared to other med spas. I will definitely be going back!
